Our Story
Jen and Jim Landry founded Jen's Transportation in July 2011. With 2 special needs children, they had deep knowledge of the industry including some of their own challenging experiences. They believed that providing safe and reliable transportation with a great level of patience and compassion would be a recipe for success. They started with a dream and one wheelchair van and have grown to over 35 vehicles today. Until his untimely passing in June 2023, Jim was the face of the company. With Jen in the background yet knowledgeable of the daily operations, they collectively and successfully built a reputable business through sustainable client relationships. Together with their children, they are pillars in the special needs community and participate extensively in local events and activities especially Special Olympics.
Today, we primarily provide transportation services for people with special needs including:
- Students that require in or out of district transportation
- Adults attending community education and/or work programs
- Families who need transportation to/from school, appointments or social events
